The Builders Happy Hour Podcast was created to serve building industry professionals with insights, inspiration and industry-leading strategies. Guests for the podcast are selected for their compelling stories, their expertise and to share their successes (or failures). At times, there may be time to critique a happy hour beverage and hopefully have some fun.

The host, Rick Wickizer has served the building industry for over 37 years as a sales & marketing professional and currently operates Wickizer Associates, A sales and consulting agency with his son Chad. Rick is educated in building envelope science and is a trained and certified business coach. At this phase in Rick’s life, he desires to serve and give back to the industry that has offered him so much. Rick cherishes his work with entrepreneurs; helping them build successful businesses.

This is a new podcast, just getting off the ground and like any launch, it could be a bit rough. Constant improvement is a key mantra with The Builders Happy Hour Podcast and the show will improve over time.

The Builders Happy Hour Podcast is specifically targeted toward professionals in the building industry to provide business-building insights, strategies and best-practices.  The goal of each podcast will be to educate and inform the audience in ways that will help them grow professionally and profitably.  We hope to invite guests who have “been there – done that” to share both the successes and failures of their professional journey.
